+ Shipping Times +
For items I have in stock, I ship within 3-4 days.
Made to order (stacking rings, stamped stud earrings, and personalized stamped pieces) & custom items will ship within 7-10 days. If this changes I will communicate with you. I do my best to get things out ASAP, but I am a one-woman operation and sometimes life happens.
If you need something by a certain date, or want to arrange rush shipping, please contact me via email theluckylark@gmail.com, or on social media BEFORE you place your order.
I ship USPS First Class, or occasionally USPS priority. Shipping comes with tracking. If you want to add insurance to your package or use a different method to ship, please contact me before ordering.

+ About the jewelry +
Because my pieces are hand-stamped, each one will be unique...your jewelry will probably not be the exact item pictured, but will be similar and made just for you. I love that about stamped jewelry. It gives each piece a little personality and each one is unique to the wearer!
If you order a one-of-a-kind piece, you will receive the exact item shown in the listing photos.
I use only lead & nickel free metal and findings, and do my best to use reputable suppliers for that reason.
  • Aluminum/stainless steel: this combination won't rust or tarnish, even if it gets wet. If you wear your piece 24/7, the black in the stamping will eventually wear away. If this bothers you, contact me and I am happy to re-darken it.
  • Raw brass & copper: these metals will patina/tarnish, especially if they get wet, are worn 24/7, or are left out exposed to the air. You can use a polishing pad or jewelry cleaning cloth to make your pieces shine again, or choose to keep their unique patina.
  • Sterling silver & gemstone pieces should be removed before swimming, doing dishes, yard work, etc. Excess exposure to the elements can be hard on some stones. I recommend cleaning these pieces with a soft jewelry polishing cloth if needed. I usually patina these to a darker and sometimes matte finish that could be removed by harsh cleaners. When not wearing your pieces, I recommend storing them in a bag or somewhere with limited light and air exposure to help prevent tarnishing.
  • I am happy to do repairs free of charge if a chain breaks or a jump ring opens, or you have any other issues. Please contact me to arrange shipping.
+ returns/refunds +
I do my best to present my pieces accurately with my pictures and descriptions. Generally I don't do returns or refunds, but if you are truly unhappy with your piece, please contact me and we will try and work something out!
